If your rudder servo is small enough to fit upside down, you could just flip the thing around, reverse your gyro direction, and reverse the rudder channel on the remote. That is a pretty big bird, so you might get away with it being on top of the tail boom.

This is a nice model. Thoug one thing I can see is wrong. The tail rotor should be fittet on the other side off the boom. On the original the tail rotor is on the left side. But otherwise it's a nice one.
