Yummy Durian.....However, don't eat Durian too much..u may got fever....In M'sia, to avoid fever, we put a plain water inside the durian part (white one). And then we drink it,,..My family has Durian Orchard...u may seen durian depend on the durian season (once a year or maybe 2 yrs)....King of Fruit

After Massage skl 1 day, I went 2 1 of the Asian markets n saw they had durian. I bought it n the next day, I was so excited 2 b able 2 finally try durian. I had invited my friend n her 'aunt' 2 try it with me. I cut it open n brought out the 2 halves n started eating it by the pool. Not even a min after taking my 1st bite, I started noticing my throat swelling up n felt the urge 2 throw up. Had 2 pop benedryl! o wel

I'd love to enjoy raw ice cream but I'm skeptical to whether frozen foods really qualify as raw. I thought that if heating foods kills vital nutrients, freezing them would have the same negative effects. Would someone plz help me out on the science of that? Thanks for any responses.

@gennatania well Tim Van Ordean eats frozen blueberries and he's a raw vegan.... A lot of people eat frozen items, I dont know about the science but that just what I've noticed.
