Here:

"Tres notas para decir te quiero" is "three notes to say I want you", but the word "quiero" in the title, can means Love, because "quierer algo" is "to want something" and "quierer alguien" when this word means feeling, is "To love somebody"

... deberías ser mas humilde.... la traducción sería "three notes to say I love you..." (más que la traducción literal desde el diccionario, es el sentido que tiene el título de la canción y lo que sugiere aún más la música)
