I have a '09 Ram 4x4 quad cab short bed with a hemi with 4:11 gears and I also have a '06 Tacoma double cab short bed with the sport package with a 3" lift. I've taken both off road and I'm sorry for the Ram owners but the Yota is a better all around off roader. Don't get me wrong on the Ram though, I use it to pull my toyhauler. So there you go! Nice Yota! I plan on raising mine up to 6" soon.

hey bro i have a question im debating on what to get an 08taco w 15,000miles trdsport with moto metal rims and bfg aterrains and a few other little things so i pretty much wouldnt do anything else to it or a new 09taco trd offroad pacage stock the only reason im really debating which one to get is bcuz the sport doesnt come with unlimited slip diffs do you really need it or does the sport do good with out it??????

you can have sports package, but make sure to pay for the 4x4. you don't NEED rear slip diff, unless you plan on going hardcore offroading. sports package comes with painted bumpers, mirrors and door handles. also with stock 17" rims. I wanted my truck all black, so i paid extra for 4x4 and got the sports package. suits me fine for what i do. I only take the truck off roading maybe twice a year anyway.

the tires are size 285/75/16. and yes they do rub but just a little on the mud flaps and in front of the tires is some plastic that sticks out. nothing that a little pocket knife couldn't handle!

Yes I have the TRD sports package. You can tell by the Hoodscoop and painted bumpers and side view mirrors. I have the performance version which sells for 2800$. Although, if you know some people, you can get it for cheaper.
