  • this shit is not hard! Eat multiple small portions & do about 2hrs of HIIT with 1hr split & if you gotta have meats eat lean... This is not hard! Shit I've lost 20lbs in 12 days!

  • When I was in the Army we did 1000+ calorie PT exercises 5 days a week, however I was still a little chuncky. Reason was I ate like a monster. Since I stopped drinking cokes, I do maybe 1/3rd the exercise and could get into better shape then when I was in the military. Cokes are fucking horrible for the body. The crazy part is diet cokes are almost worst than regular due to the complex sugars. Anyways, just came here to say good videos man, I've watched them all. 5 stars for great inspiration.

  • Crazy thing about p90x is i told myself i'd do it for a couple of weeks...now im on phase 3 casue i ended up lovin the program lol.

    You'll most likely lose muscle before fat that quickly.

    All I can say is eat right or you'll go into starvation mode.
