  • I have a larger body, but I love chair yoga. Some of the moves you made were very hard for my body type... and because I am new to chair yoga. If you get a chance, Id love to see a chair yoga for larger bodies, or chair yoga for beginners. I went to this kind of workshop yesterday, and it was great. but they only offer it a couple of times a ywar. Thanks!

  • I'm paralyzed,T-12. This is awesome,I could do most of this stuff,or figure out how to. THANKS!! WHERE can I get that chair? That would be SO good for core and balance.(I'm on the U.S.Disabled Ski Team. We do a lot with the BOSU ball, but this is much better,I love YOGA!) NAMASTE.
