The first time I heard this song, it was sung by a small choir visiting my church in the 90s. The lead singer was a white girl who was awesome. I've always loved this song. I was surprised it wasn't played very much on the gospel station I used listen to back in. I love songs like this that minister to you, not just entertain you. I've loved the Winans way back when BeBe and CeCe were on PTL. What a talented family.

Ahhhhh....I finally found this song!!!! I used to jam this in the car back when it first came out...and then lost track of it! My favorite gospel song and probably the best drumming that we drummers could find in gospel back then. And it still holds up today. What a treat!

I totally agree! This album was totally before it's time. It need to re-released. And given conderation for an Honorary Stellar Award for its cutting edge sound and production. For a "church choir" You would have to wonder what time did they get ot of Rehearsal>> "And this truly wasn't the real bad cut from the album" Worthy is the Lamb" should get it's props as well. Perfected Praise is but back than the best choir. I remember people would come in reharsal off the street just to listen to the choir practice. People would come in during reharsal and get saved. It was something so special about perfecting church then you just wanted to be apart of what god was doing with that ministry. Every pastor in detroit was jealous the move of god overwhelmed you. We were all so young and hungery for the lord. if was so crazy and we were all so close back than
