Well Edge was angry that he wasn't in a PPV (I forgot which one) so he made Teddy Long put him in a 3 way tag match against Legacy and Carlito + Primo. Edge chose Jericho as his partner and they won, then Edge got injured with an Ackilles Tendon, allowing Jericho to pick any new partner of his choice without losing the titles, hence the Big Show being his partner.

Well..although a logical thing to do, the tag titles never represented a single brand. They were just on seperate shows so now that they are 'unified' they have to show that they are on ALL shows so they gotta bring em both heh. Yah it is kinda rediculous but sure must make them feel good like they have 2 championships when in reality it just represents one unified belt per holder.

my honest opinion..i think WWE killed there tag team devision along time ago and there hurting now..JR even stated that no one cares about tag teams anymore..and since TNA has got some really great tag teams out now i think WWE are trying to respond with little effect..i think there only decent team is crime tyme, DX and i liked the MVP and mark henry team but comon..jericho and show, the hart dynesty, legacy??? thats very little compared to Beer Money, dudleys, Stiener and booker T and so on
