  • Uh... someone needs to give this guy BBQ-ing advice. Allow me...

    1) When the fire is huge, close the lid because less oxygen means less fire.

    2) The meat, not matter how "cheap", has nothing to do with how large the fire is.

  • On Tip 1... A+

    On Tip 2... B (Cheap meat...especially those generic preformed burgers...are full of fat. They will joyfully release all that fat onto the fire which will, in turn, create bigger fire.)

    Don't forge Tip #3... Longer Burger Flipper would help save your skin. :)
