  • To bad current Hollywood doesn't see America as the good guys such as when this film was made.

  • lol reminds me of Colonel Hogan :)

  • i love this movie, too. it's just a shame that this film is rarely shown on German TV.

    :(

  • I found some old letters my father wrote to my mother in 1943 when he was a soldier in the Army in 1943. He mentioned this movie, among others...Glass Key, Springtime in the Rockies. I never heard of these movies as much as I love old movies. I'm going to get the DVDs in his memory. He always mentions going to the movies in his letters. He was 76 when he passed in 1995 and my mother was 95 when she passed last year.

  • absolutely brilliant!

  • =o he's a Nazi

  • I am NOT gay but Errol Flynn is handsom as fuck!

  • @ERROLCUSTERFLYNN4EVR Thanks. I was wondering why Flynn looked that way he did in this clip. I read that he had re-current malaria and an athletic heart and that he would frequently collapse without warning.

  • Word mebad

  • Reagan is pretty good in this scene.

  • Funny but MR Massey was a great supporter of MR

Goldwater,to bad more of them out on the left coast

did not feel the same way.We might not be in the mess

    we are in now.

  • This reminds me of Technobabble in Star Trek.

  • This movie rules it! I saw it on TCM also and wish it was out on DVD!

  • what about downloading it online??

  • I love this movie; it's a right laugh! This scene, with Ronald Reagan spouting the techno-baloney, is my favorite part!

  • This was such a great movie to watch. It was on the other night on TCM but it was on too late for the east coast and my DVR didn't record it for some reason. I wish I had the DVD of this.

Reagan did a great job and Flynn is so hot. Yes, I am a chick.

  • Where`s the dvd?

  • I guess they don't want you to see this one - Reagan comes off as a hero.

  • did you ever find it on dvd or download it?

  • Anyone ever notice that John Banner (Sgt. Schultz Hogans Heroes) is train conductor in this movie? Dawned on me the other day and I looked it up.

  • no its not shultzs

  • Hell if it's not primtime, look it up! It's one of the first things he was ever in.

  • 1. In real life, they would have been shot dead.

    2. Raymond Massey was such a great character actor. Later known for playing Dr. Gilespie on Dr. Kildare, he was for years identified as Abraham Lincoln as well as great parts as John Brown in the Santa Fe Trail, Boris Karlof in Arsenic and Old Lace, Nathan the Prophet in David and BathSheba. An actor's actor!

  • He didn't play Boris Karloff in Arsenic And Old Lace, he played a guy who LOOKED LIKE Boris Karloff. Karloff played the same role in the stage version though.

  • i would like to see the whole movie which is hard to find and rarely seen, but a fun trip like "the great escpae" and star wars...
