How come Mihashi's family members address him by his last name (ren) and all his friends call him Mihashi? Ren IS his LAST name, right???

@Piriathy... His given name (first name) is Ren and his family name (last name) is Mihashi. When writing someone's full name in Japanese the person's last name is written before their first name, so it's a little confusing.
