I think the swarmfire looks cooler without the yellow covers, you should do a mod where you put a clear plastic underneath the black shell so you can see the internals but don't have to worry about getting zapped.

@MrSmacki5614 Usually unnecessary for Swarmfires. they have a very strong gear system and decent motors. They DO have some rev up issues, but that can be solved by stronger batteries (I have mien wired up to 11 rechargeable 1.2 batteries, so it actually DOES have some fire control).

@NerfProdigy001 Its pretty easy. Just hardwire your aftermarket batteries directly onto the blaster and BAM your set. not too hard. just remember to match up the wires correct and you should be alright ^^

Excellent tutorial on it!  You caught / improved a few things I missed, so I'm going back into mine to improve those.

It should be noted not to clean out too much of the Orange posts in the rotating barrel. If you don't, your darts might load too far into the barrel and cause problems with it's rotation.

I would advise padding the plunger. While the springs aren't crazy powerful, that crack sound is nerve-wracking. Craft stores sell sheets of foam for a couple bucks, just make sure it's not too thick that it triggers locks.
