I've heard people say Hardwick and Nelson Burton Jr. were the most accurate bowlers of all time. However Durbin has to be up there throwing a full roller first part of his career and then a semi roller the 2nd half with very few revolutions.
Speaking of the commentary near the end there, I highly doubt that Durbin's ball was strong enough or finish with enough angle to actually leave the 3-6-9-10 combination (i.e. if he came in too high). Perhaps maybe the 3-6-10, but I don't think you'd see him leaving the 9 with that too often.
