minnie is the reason why these girls are singing on c#4 and she is the best that ever did it she was not given the credit that she should have gotten but god took her away from this world to come to heaven where she would be with those who could truly understand the reason for voice we love you and miss you so much...

You don't have to like Mariah but I think she's earned a little respect. Minnie's legend is cemented.... I saw the Unsung documentary about her and remember a manager saying how Minnie could sing Streisand under the table yet Streisand was having phenominal success. But Babs is not necessarily a joke so its hard to figure what Minnie needed to do to secure that kind of exceptance but it doesn't matter now. Us true fans know what Minnie was and will praise her accordingly. I respect all 3 ladies

what is so cool about her is her voice stayed the same until the day she died, thats unbeliable in itself, voices normally change with time and gets deeper. kathleen battle is another one with the same voice over all these years. you also can tell that performance was raw and nothing was added to the mic to make her voice sound better it was all her. so perfect
