@TrentTheMegaGangster imo its more like an unboxing, where show show the product, show some of the materials and squeeze it a bit - but without the actual unboxing. You dont touch the subject of quality once. No "this has a 50mm driver" "good impedance" or something of that nature. Still, thanks for the offort

i got a pair. excellent headphones. but dont squeeze the coushions thats hand stitched leather, listed in the warranty as a possibly degradeable part.

They were loud when they weren't on your head ofcourse...once on your ears the sound is enclosed so didn't sound as bad when you actually had them on.

@ajb021096 ive listened to the 500's at my friends house before, and i think the 700s are louder and better sounding, and they have deeper bass because the drivers are bigger

Ok im confused..... my sony xb700 look EXACTLY like the xb500. but..... on each side if the headphones they say xb700....

My Ear adjustments on the 700s are the Same color black as the xb500s. and the Xb700s are usually Silver....

so whats the deal????

Close them on your knee to get a better idea of the sound leakage. Every headphone will leak sound with nothing covering the speakers!!
