The stigma attached to overuse of pornography should be challenged within the counseling field. It is not like sex addiciton which has some "respectability", if you will, within the field of addiction. I contemplated suicide for a while after repeated attempts to change my behavior, but when I called a hot-line to discuss my problem the woman laughed. I was like, thanks, okay, now you have succeeded in humiliating me further, something I did not think possible. That's why I value this video.
