This song fits awesomely; mainly due to Scott Weiland being on the vocals. So many "tributes" going around youtube feature watered down grunge or effeminate alternative music as the backdrop, it really doesn't make sense, especially since most of the bands that they feature weren't even around in 94: Weiland was, even on the original soundtrack. Good job mate.
@xell6666 I read that it was a faulty prop and that it was supposed to be a dummy bullet that was in the chamber. Bruce and Brandon still did leave a legacy to share to us all, and we each can take a chance at what they went for.
Oh my God as if you couldn't have done a great enough job already have a song featuring Scott Weiland (one of my top favorite rockers), you even included that lovely quote by Brandon Lee at the end! This video is just officially too awesome. Very surreal and powerful. Awesome awesome job man. Words truly cannot express how much I love this video.
@beastdude507 I still would like to revise this video when I have the right software since I have the DVD to rip from. I thank you for appreciating this video.
@TetsumiKato Good luck in that endeavor and how do you go about ripping scenes from DVDs? I tried it with one before, but there was some kind of security on it preventing me? Any good programs I could use to do it legally?
this is a legendary video, dedicated to a very legendary person, love the quote from brandon lees headstone spoken at the end of this video, RIP Brandon
i commented on this before but idc, this is an awsome movie and i just love the music video. at the end of the movie kind of makes u cry but good tears
@rocketmanntime It is a perfect movie, one of my top favorites. I recommend the comic too if you haven't read it. A lot of James's emotions was put into that comic, just as Brandon's performance was into the film.
When the words are not sufficient to be understood then it remains only one way to communicate...that's the language of heart! These collages they fit perfect with music and other shots as well. The music is just perfect! Thanks TetsumiKato!
@augtenth Not all of the videos were mine. I was trying to spread the word of another who had done videos like mine. I normally don't take credit unless I do my own work. And I thank you.
I guess my brother and I really do think alike. I came on here to tell you that after 3 years this is still my favorite video to watch...ever....and I see my brother left the same comment a month ago. Hehe. Wonderful job....seriously.
I would say this is a (maybe THE) blokes love film. Theres not many out there : P, but i think alot of blokes connect to this. The guns and killing are a small part of it, but i think its very emotive. This video and song......very nice indeed. Always on my favourites : )
There are very much outside. People, emotions, the landscape, things that won't happen to you until you go out, almost every important part in a man's life are outside of the room where you read it. It's a very nice video, scott weiland was a nice choice. Hope we'll see more videos from you.
When they were filming the round that funboy was supposed to shoot him with that was supposed to be a dud was real and it hit him and they went on filming and it wasn't until later on that they realized something really was wrong by then there was little they could do.
the comic book story was based on an old legend . The Raven, similar tale that's why the main character was was eric DRAVEN It was ripped off . Still they did a very good job of it . Brandon lee was the best actor for the part !!!!
This is a song by the band "Limp Bizkit." I'm answering you. [Scott] Weiland is the singer of Stone Temple Pilots and was the singer of Velvet Revolver. He does a duet with Fred Durst (singer of Limp Bizkit) in this song.
Stefan, Scott Weiland is the lead singer of Stone Temple Pilots. As funk said, this is Limp Bizkit, but Scott's voice makes this song since Fred will never come close to Scott as a singer. When you hear "Hold on" that is Scott singing. In fact, from the beginning to 2:34.

the song rocks and the movie is awsome!! brandon lee was exellent in the movie but its a shame he died he's realy gud after all he's the son of bruce lee
Exceptional job. I like that you carried through with the filmmakers' and Brandon's original vision and made the clips (except for the flashback, which was fine the way it was) black and white. That, and the song is perfect. The audio from Brandon's final interview was the cherry at the top. Props to you.
It was in a back flash, which Eric was coming home to Shelly. He was carrying a bag of groceries when he walked in on Shelly being raped. Fun Boy shot Eric thru the bag. The gun which the actor used had a blank stuck in it when he shot Brandon. The film was re-worked afterwards ofcourse.
the shot is now a body double walking in and tin tin throwing a knife at him.
this entire seen is a body double, as well as, eric walking bak into the apart, with flashbacks, the make up scene, and eric and sarah, when she goes back to see if its him.
absolutely amazing work buddy! what a great dedication. your memory will always live on brandon <3 <3 <3
