@pprexhop Do you honestly think it's for the PS2? Does the PS2 have internet while playing GTA SA? No, I didn't think so. There are no mods available for PS2, I think. Only cheats like flying cars, ammunition, health and armor, money the like.

The first MTA came out before SAMP did, and had a better organized team. They had more XP in programming too. What happened was that the main guy that was working on SAMP stopped updating it. The client isn't updated any more, but the servers that use them are. The way the servers are set up can be changed, but they are still limited by the client. EG:Will never have over 175 people per server, optimization wont improve, totally new types of features wont be added. Just refinement.
