hey the last shell, how do you make the stars and how do you place them in the shell like do i just throw them around burst?

just put the in a circular patern and keep making rows ontop of each other for a nice pattern or yes just scatter them, but make sure you add black powder around the stars and burst charge.

WIth large shells you do not use a flash bag break. You line the entire inside of the shell with stars, in both halves, with one layer or stars. Then you put some tissue paper over the stars and fill the rest of the shell with a soft break of meal coated rice hulls, and finish the bust charge with a little bit of flash, dirty flash, or whistle mix.
