omyouza has a female and a male singer...the tall scary bassist named matatabi is also the male singer...both he and kuroneko share vocal parts for thier songs, though kuroneko usually takes the lead singing parts/choruses for more than half of the songs, however the are many songs where they both sing

It's the original movie. The series is a spinoff of the movie, it's not even a sequel, more like an interpretation of the concept.
