This is a great tune. Bazbee, unless you have evidence of the studio using auto tune, which I doubt I need to say that I've heard Will sing this song on tour 5 times and it's even better live. They don't use auto tune on stage. He is the best live singer around whether you like his style, voice or him himself. There is no doubting his vocal talent and his performance skills.
@xandirwasmylover I'm not sure, this is just an assumption, but I think he's doing the whole thing alone, pregnancy thing wise, and he sees the woman going into labor and her partner is right there with her and he's going, possibly in labor, all alone and with all his 'hopes and fears' of what will happen.

The few bars of intro is missing.
The reason he is singing 'perfect' (yet unnatura) like that is that autotune has been processed into his voice.
He has a good voice but in this case the production team have stooped to a con.
