@Ymanalo Dilla is very different from those producers, his beats are more soulful so it really isn't fair to compare them, but to say this beat sucks is stupidity at its finest. And at least Dilla puts some variation on his beats sometimes, Preemos beats are awesome but most are just 2 or 4 bar loops with some scratches in the middle. Q-Tiip is great, Dre is great too but its not like he hasn't made some average beats (So Bad by Eminem)
