Actually, this is a hidden mission. You will only unlock it if you destroyed the two transport ships in mission 3: City on Fire. There are many other hidden missions. Good luck finding them!

Air Combat also had the fuel system.

and it didnt even give you the fuel left in percentage, just a bar which slowly drained away
