@PandaBaby51 I wouldn't agree. As a Korean myself, it's more the trend right now to make the lip make up fading out. Koreans do not think either thick nor small lips appealing.
It is not an Asian style of make-up... it is just a trick in making the face more flawless and has been used by many make-up artist including many make-up gurus here in YT.
Look at a doll, do you see a line from the face to lips ? It is flawless , very "clean" transition from face to lips. Using a concealer, removes / erases that "line". Try putting your lipstick with and without concealer, you'll see the difference and decide which one looks better on you.
@ellie5483 for koreans most of the times anything too defined is not a good thing. definite eyebrows, not good. clear lip line, unless it is for bold red carpet-like setting, not very appealing. defining the crease, scary thing. Also, for recent few years the fading out sorta gradient lip makeup is a big thing in Korea until now. so it looks rather a bitten lips than merely lipsticky.
I don't know what the title/description says but this makeup is too simple. Of course you apply it very well, you are an amazing artist and such, but i feel like you could improve your tutorials. I mean, you spend ~8minutes here only applying skin products (like any other video you did) and some eyeliner basically. Just my opinion anyway ^^
that's called tight-lining otherwise known as invisible eyeliner because you can't really tell that the person has eyeliner on. It makes your lashes look longer and fuller. (:
One of the main reasons people have skin problems is because of how they eat. It usually has a lot to do with the hormones in dairy products and meat. Most people in poorer nations eat very little meat and dairy products. And their food is more organic. People living in certain cultures have clear skin because of the way they eat.
I don't have acne, but I have eczema. I've made adjustments in my diet and that has helped my skin tremendously!
is this park min young's make-up from man of honor/glory jane? because the picture of the girl totally reminded me of park min young's character in that drama..
@1LeiaPrincess Nope, I am half japanese and half korean and even though its not that bad now, when i was around 13-14 my skin was so bad :( .. and i have a lot of chinese friends with really bad acne :)
@iheartyoungbae I see what you are saying, but apart from the acne-which is normal for most teenagers of any color , race etc, i think you people are pre-desposed to have better skin than most.Yo usually do not suffer from hyper pigmentation, enlarged pores, vains, discoloration etc.....i'm not saying every single one of you has the skin of this model, but your skin tends to be better overall.I've been watching many Korean and Japanese films lately and i consider [...]
@iheartyoungbae [...] "Asian" women to be the most BEAUTIFULL women ever! Nice hair, BEAUTIFULL eyes both in shape(whether monolids or double lids) and in color (intense rich brown) and most of the times propotionally harmonic body shapes!I have many eastern Asian women on my naborhood too and most of them are so beautifull and look so young-it's not just the movie stars, it's the every day people too!If you didn't notice already, I've been having a crush on you people!Hahahah!
@1LeiaPrincess Enlarged pores are actually a very common problem in South Korea. My friend who is Korean and German has lived in South Korea for over 10 years and says its one of the most common problems and is always discussing in skin care magazines.
there's a filter on the camera, that creates a certain luminosity. almost like a smart blur. This makes the skin "appear" flawless. I assure you nobody's skin is "perfect".
i love your videos jungsaemool BUT can you do makeup on people with problematic skin once in a while? i know you work with mostly models and celebrities but this is for your youtube audience :) please? :D
@theeselittledots She has a lot of tips on her site regarding acne. It's all in Korean, but it's still helpful with the aid of google translate :) (ps. the site may not work that well on chrome)
@theeselittledots for your info guys, these models here are not celebrities nor professional models. they are commoners who happen to have very good skin.
@theeselittledots they usually are the ones who have beauty blogs and they tests products out and write review on their blogs or report reviews to jungsaemmool's company in my knowledge.

@ellie5483 concealing your lips makes the colour more true to the shade of the lipstick since lips are naturally tinted pink.

그리고 각질제거와 충분한 수면 수분크림을 잘 바르는데도 화장이 너무 심하게 뜰때는 어떻게 해야하나요?
감사합니다!!
