Holy shit, it disappeared as soon as it walked into the tall grass. Caracals are so pretty.

@jaggertone *edit* I just saw on wikipedia that they are "surprisingly easy to tame" and used as hunting cats. So I guess it makes sense that they like people. Could also explain why they're one of the more (most?) successful cat species.
