By the way, Phelps was clinlically tested to be almost perfect in every part of his body to be a fast swimmer. His metabolism, size, height, etc. It isn't simply drive. Some are born with genes. Yes, with drive you can be great, but it takes genetics to make you great enough to win in the Olympics. You need both hard work and the luck to inherit the genes to master it. :P
@VegasSkateCulture what happens if phelps is fearless and so is his opponent? who wins? obviously "setting limits on yourself" is not the only thing that holds one back from winning a competition...somebody has to lose. you feel me?
@GhastlyOccurrences I dont think thats his point bro. I think he meant that most people don't put themselves out. Their are people that are really good at most things. Then there are people that are truly gifted, but most of the time those people don't follow thru with their dreams and settle for something else. In my opinion that is the difference, the "drive" to do something and most people don't have that "drive".
