@MidnaTheBrave I think it was a computer tablet, you can buy those at a manufacturer like Wacom. A tablet with a screen in it are pretty expensive though...

What?! They wanted to make rats appear more "cuddly" in the film? Rats are already one of the most cuddly animals in real life! I've got my blue rat curled up in my lap right now! He just loves to snuggle up next to me under a blanket. Rats are unbelievably affectionate for small animal pets too.

Rats are sooo cute. :D But in the movie most of their tails are kinda short, so it's wierd, but when it came to the part in this vid where they showed the rats they were studying they were sooo cute! I love my rats!

Pixar still reamain at the top but don't diss Dreamworks! They do come out with good stuff, Kung Fu Panda and the upcoming Monsters VS Aliens. Although Dreamworks need to slow down and concentrate on one movie at a time, and loose the copius amount of sequels.

It's amazing how Pixar lets their animators do voices occaisonally if they're good enough. In the case of Peter Sohn, he was great. I think Nemo had the director do the voice of the spaced-out sea turtle

Come on guys...! You don't need to be a genius in Mayaor to know a bunch of tricks to animate a cube turning arround! You just need to have the feeling, the filosofy, the thinking, the know how...ART people, ART! Great stuff comes naturally. I give my million on this: Brad Bird gives more attention to a great pencil drawing (with all art on it), and recuse a modeling of a orc using Zbrush and the millions of alphas and tricks... (for example)! Sorry my English...my 5 cents...
