    THANKS SCIENCE !

  • Thanks GenXCypher. I am not so worried about the sound, but more so with the accuracy of the visual effects. Like I said, this is a learning tool. Do you know who makes it, or where I might get one?

  • WOW!

I teach a technology outreach to at risk students, this model would be a great visual. Do you know if it can be purchased in the US? If so, where and for how much?

    Thsnks.

  • they still sell them both at Argos if you want to buy them, like £19.99-£29.99 i think.

  • i dont know if you can but if you live in the UK, you can still get this for £19.99 ?

i got mine for a nother shop, for £12.99 so, all good, about 20-30 mins to make.. about hour if you read the instructions upside down... easy to follow instructions, overall, nice model, then again i got bored with it and took it all apart.

  • Ok i must admit i faked the sound.

  • when i was younger i made a jet engine using a monocular part and the fans i cut it out by hand using aluminum sheets and scissor i did exactly the same like in the video but i didnt know how to start the fan and the fuel pump was not good so i had to pumped by hand squeezing the bottle.
