Here are the facts: Mariah Carey would have made it with or without Brenda. She needs to get over her insecurities and stop holding on to ideas that never existed in the first place. La India is a better singer than Brenda. Mariah is a better singer than both of them. We're all human, so getting "ghetto" is hard to avoid when you've heard someone badmouthing you with your own ears. Brenda's manager knew exactly what he was getting her into when he called in. Classy move, buddy.

No no no people...La India started out singing Freestyle music and THEN she crossed over to the Salsa genre. Either way, the girl is a success. La India is a hardworking music and recording artist in her own right. She don't live off of nobody else, she's from the Bronx, just ask me us BX chicks don't play that shit. dam, this is sad. They both have great voices... Brenda K' Starr has been on the scene longer than Linda a.k.a La India. They both started off in Free-style and they both did salsa and they both great women in their own right. They both were married to their managers... They have so much in common... its too funny.
