@jessehicks same here! you wouldn't even get that nice dark green color by cooking it yourself with green curry paste. it would be wayyyyy to hot. that nice color comes from chemicals and what not. convenience food is NOT organic food !!

I don't use fish sauce in my dish, the flavor is too strong and not to my liking. They originally used fish sauce because they didn't have salt, just use salt.
