  • Nah fresh paste is better this is just lazy, i had a fresh tia green chicken curry from asda and it was amazing, that paste is just so watery, not how it's meant to be.

  • @jessehicks same here! you wouldn't even get that nice dark green color by cooking it yourself with green curry paste. it would be wayyyyy to hot. that nice color comes from chemicals and what not. convenience food is NOT organic food !!

    I don't use fish sauce in my dish, the flavor is too strong and not to my liking. They originally used fish sauce because they didn't have salt, just use salt.

  • I made this before but from my own recipe. It's awesome! Add fish sauce and sugar as much to your liking or tastes.

  • Why is everything is Thai. Those vegetables and ingredient are available in all Southeast Asian countries. I won't buy lobo for it ultrantionalis.
