Dude...the Fallen was just such a disappointment in Revenge Of The Fallen. The Fallen is supposed to be the Transformers equivalent to Satan. Yet he was more like a Saturday morning cartoon villain. He wasn't apocalyptic as Michael Bay described AT ALL.

The Fallen has much more in common with Satan though. Satan is a FALLEN angel who has fallen from grace. Unicron on the other hand is simply just an evil God-like being. Primus is the God of Transformers and Unicron is his brother. That makes Unicron an evil God even though some interpretations of the story of Primus and Unicron indicate that Unicron came before Primus.

If thats the case, Jazz could be the fallen to, cuz he got ripped into 2 pieces and died. Megatron will be back, that is a given, everyone knows this, but we noone reall knows for sure what the "revenge of the fallen" name means yet. I am pretty sure thow, that it will be the character the fallen and not just megatron or jazz or whoever else died in the first one, cuz damn near ever decepticon was killed, or close to it.
