I really want a SR 15...I live in New Zealand. I will have to wait for a gunstore to import one, then get a police permit, payt $200, register the gun. Pay again, buy a new high security gun safe at $1500, buy another semi auto military style firearm to hand into the police to destroy in place of the KAC SR 15, then pay the gunstore $5000 to buy it. Then scrape around for used ex military 30 rnd STANAGs at about $300..if I ever hear an American complain about a gun being too expensive il snap!

Their shit is overpriced too. I owned a Bushmaster M4 and they are overpriced too. Im actually buying a Sabre Defence M4 this week. If you havent heard of them check them out next time you want an AR. They make 85% of the weapon in house and they have a military contract so everything is mil-spec and certified

yes I do actually own 12 AR15s. and have been shooting them for about 18 years. being in the military is irrelevant as I have seen houndred of military guys that didnt know shit about what goes into making a combat weapon, and could barely qualify with one. colt owns the TDP, every thing else is just a copy, FN, SAbre both use colts TDP and pay colt royalties for every gun they make. Bushmaster is a joke. bolts are not even MPI tested or peened, talk about somethin u kno

They havent owned the copyright on the M4 design for over a year and havent owned the copright for the M16 for a few years. FN has owned the M16 copyright since the 80s since the A2 came out. Get a real AR from Sabre, KAC, DD, YHM, or Larue

@topher81807 Daniel Defense makes 100% of their weapon in house, and they don't illegally import their rifles around the world. no disrespect, but DD is much better quality, and usually they sell for less than a sabre.
Not knocking him...KAC makes great products, I wish I could afford them. But he's expanded the list of people taking credit for the 1913 rail. The guy from ARMS, the guys at Picatinny Arsenal(who I think have the best claim, and a few others.
