In defense of Lindsay. she is written as a 14 year old girl, not an adult. She was written as a girl that really had no parental guidence in the truest sense of the words. Mom (Claudia) is just out of a mental hospital after a supposed breakdown and her so called dad (Matthew) cared more about his dang oil well than he did his family.
He supposedly doesn't love Claudia and knows it nor does Claudia him. They were written as having married young. Now Lindsay is in the middle. Id be crying.

Christopher has proven he's a dimwit for going out with Lindsay. It's as clear as a bell that Lindsay's eyes are transfixed on her mother and Steven as they come out, yet Christopher seems totally oblivious, and doesn't even turn around to see for himself.
When Lindsay saw Claudia and Steven come out of his building, I was nearly shouting at the screen, begging her NOT to start crying. I don't know what Christopher saw in her.
DAMN!!! Bo Hopkins really delivered in this scene. Why?!! Oh, Why?!! Did they have to get rid of he and Walter.
I wish they could have found some way to integrate them into the new vision of the show. Matthew should have struck oil and been Alexis's new boy toy. Not Dex.
That would have really given it to Blake and Krystal.
Lindsay is clearly a lesbian.

Well they did. She was not there for season 2. The old first season of the show really stunk. I am surprised the show was not cancelled then.
