I think my neon has a Mitsubishi motor in it...so that's sort of like driving an import... That little motor has been overheated so many times from freeze plugs popping out that it really should have blown up....But no...It keeps right on going... no warped or cracked head... almost 160k on it..still running ok... But you know it really is sad to see these fine domestic cars going out like this... Imports are ok but us Americans are fighting back with some bad ass cars.

A &K: There was NO oil in it..... cash for clunkers... drain the oil put in the additives..... NO the coolant did NOT go down the drain, it was dried with oil dry and swept up, and the drain is well over 500 feet away anyway. We keep our parking lot very clean at all times.

I saw a really nice mid 90's chevy truck sitting by the crusher with C4C written on the windshield, bottom line... obama should take those oil additives they put in those cars and see how they work as a dietary supplement, damn porch monkey.

I get it now, so we're "saving" carbon emissions by not using this car and trade it in for something new that will cause the owner to go into more unneeded debt. That environmental savings all went down the drain with that oil and coolant by destroying the motor there. Such a "green" solution! That van looked nice and should still be in commission.

To all viewers: We HAD to blow them up! WE agree this is stupid, we AGREE this is a HUGE WASTE, we AGREE this bad for the environment. and also we AGREE that the people who traded these in took away the opportunity for other buyers, and SOME of them probably bought a new car they either did not want, or could not afford because they thought this was free money! Geez: YES it's a waste! NO it's not good for the environment (you spelled it wrong btw) and the big majority of our dealership agrees with you Geez.
A &K: There was NO oil in it..... cash for clunkers... drain the oil put in the additives..... NO the coolant did NOT go down the drain, it was dried with oil dry and swept up, and the drain is well over 500 feet away anyway. We keep our parking lot very clean at all times.
