misguided kenyans.what do you have to say about the weakening of many east african, african and emerging markets currencies around the same time ours weakened.its called a currency attack orchestrated by foreign hedge funds on countries with weak macro ecnomic data.it was not a kenyan problem only, the banks did what they do best; make a profit when the opportunity presents itself.Blame the MP's for failing in fiscal policy, they continue to wreck havoc on the economy by expanding gvt(expensive
Prof Ndung'u, whose interests do you work for: the public who pay you or the commercial banks? How would the disclosure of the malpractices of the banks that affect our economy and the public at large find you in legal tussles by the banks? Do you wait for a thief to give you express authority to arrest him? Mr Keynan take action. Banks are robbing Kenyans, period!
prof Njuguna, name the banks and stop protecting them. They need to be exposed so that culprits can be known and prosecuted. even though I know there is fat chance of that never happening, this is Kenya where nobody is ever held responsible for anything. What happened to the shilling is tantamount to treason and no one if found responsible should be spared.
@nedatronics Agreed! these journalists arent even half baked, they are not baked at all. heading and contents of the clip are in disagreement. This is NTV.

@kentosh120 A couple of reasons: 1. Its a common language in a country of over 42 languages 2. The education system is to blame.
