That whole section of the Bay Area is White Trashville. Look at how they kept their area surrounding their property. The creepy neighbor sees guys drunk, high fiving and hears girls screaming? WTF? Wouldn't he have guessed that girls were being abused in some way, maybe gang raped? He never bothered to make a report starting with noise violations? This shit is crazy. Sounds like they didn't have a neighborhood watch program and police were very ignorant. The whole neighborhood looks nasty.

I think the neighbours should be charged with something for not calling authorities over hearing a girls screams and seeing a bunch of men hanging out and high fiving each other. There is something about not acting during the possible commission of a crime but to hear that HIS family thought he was overreacting? Very strange place they live in.

Something is not right about all these neighbors. This Mike Rogers claims to have witnessed bad things happening in the back yard with men parties and girl screams.
Why could he not take video, pictures to prove to authorities of what he was hearing and seeing???
This neighborhood sounds like it has so much shady stuff going on that the people have become dull in mind and heart to the plight of others.

I am also appalled that these neighbours did nothing to help this girl.. At least she is still alive Praise God for that.. But so sad about what happened to that girl and what she had to go through for 18 yrs I wonder how they finally found her
