it would be..... appart from the hundreds of other "special edition" HSVs that dilute the market. remember the 30* VT Senator 300's? or the 75* VS GTS-R's in that horrible yellow? I doubt 200 W427's (around half of which they couldn't sell) will ever be of any value. It's just a GTS with an $80 000 premium for a motor that isn't worth that much. But hey, HSV fans do generally have non descript mental disabilitys, and will always think they're cars are of more value than they actually are......

@razehey If you had to buy an HSV, ALWAYS buy used. They'll generally depreciate $20 000 or so in the first 18 to 24 months. I think the SS just looks that little bit more classy however so I think I'd have that (albeit used), remove the boot spoiler and debadge it (don't see the point of everyone else knowing it's an SS) and hve a nice understated car.

It's probably got alot to do with the fact that HSV always seems to come up with some little minor improvement, that seems to make the general population think the last model is redundant.
