alright ur good.... but #1 rule is don't let the drummer sing lead. cause once u do that that every song starts rushing and sounds like a disco song cause then there is no fills... unless u have a rely good drummer, but if they have a rely good voice just make them sing lead, like Layne Staley or phil collins... or if hes a better drummer keep em there find a singer.

Dont get me wrong im not trying to be a dick, but maybe the drummer should focus more on trying working on keeping a steady beat. He's changing the BPM's every time he starts singing. Not everyone can be Phil Collins. Work on keeping a steady beat. The drummer is the heartbeat of a band. If your heartbeat is off then so is your whole band. Remember that.

I sing and drum in my band, its not easy to drum and sing. Since your body is moving, it makes it harder to sing and play, and i have been drumming for a couple years. I have been doing guitar for about 4 months, and its easier to sing and guitar, even though i suck at guitar, lol

You were rushing quite a bit; that's mostly because the drummer is in charge of time, and if you're trying to sing, it's going to be conflicting tempo with your voice.

So slow down a little, keep the tempo moderate, and it'll be perfect.

The lead singer is fucking rad, anyone who says otherwise is an idiot. I have to say though, when they started singing the backup parts they were god-awful. Also, turn down your mics when you're not singing lead.
