I live in Md., but I belong to a church in La. where the spirit of God is there every time the doors open. These old song bring tears to my eyes, tears of joy, because I know they tell true stories that many have forgotten or never knew. When I was a little boy my Grandma used to be in the kitchen early in the morning making biscuits and she'd be humming this song then when it got good she'd start singing the song.

Lawd, I miss those days.

Grandma still here but she don't make them biscuits no more.
