Her name is Ani Lorak and she was born in Kitsman, it is a small town in the Bukowina region of western Ukraine, it situated just a little northwest of Chernivsti. You can search for her other songs on Youtube by searching with the Cyrillic spelling: Ані Лорак

She took 2nd place at Eurovision 2008 although many people believed she deserved the first one. Her name is Ani Lorak (Ukrainian: Ані Лорак). I don't know the name of this song, but I know that it was a musical adopted from "Evenings on a Farm Near Dikanka" (Russian: "Вечера на хуторе близ Диканьки") by Russian writer Nikolai Gogol. She is singing here that she is not going to marry blacksmith Vakula (the blond guy who is spying on her in this clip with two of his friends)
