  • @persiangulf2011 I have stenosis/bulging disc/pinched nerves that become inflamed/painful just from normal activity and I am using Egoscue which has helped greatly. It's a book called 'Pain Free' by Peter Egoscue. Very easy exercises/therapy to do when in great pain. May take a few days to work. Perhaps they will help you. There are free video tutorials on Youtube.

  • Will the prone position reduce disc pressure even more than supine?

  • Will the prone position reduce tension on tj

  • Thank you for the video

  • @gurujiganesan thanks

  • the chair has been used to control; it instills rapture. this causes decrease of life expectancy by 100-500% (depending on how well the sentient being treats its vessel/body). in order to resonate at full capacity, the sentient being must learn to learn, be at one with its vessel by being clear in mind, which will result in the sentient being being able to heal its vessel, have full-range of mind function and also mind-body function. one will be able to manipulate and manifest matter instantly.

  • Also, thank you so much for this video!

  • Quick Question:

I had a herniated disc back diagnosed officially in July.

I went to phys. therapy& slowly got better. I stopped doing the home exercises (too little time, as silly as that seems), but would sometimes still do them.I kept getting better during this time as I was walking often.

A week ago, I bent over in the car to pick up my phone&hurt my back a little.A couple of days ago, I hit my back, enough to make it really hurt/make me feel it for the past few days. How worried should I be?

  • @dreamsinlife77 may be a tear in the annulus

if you have pain going to the leg it will be worse than pain in the back alone

    may need to see somebody

  • Hello, thanks for the great video! I lift weight at the gym 3 times a week. I stretch everyday and made sure myself perform each exercises with proper form. But Overtime I notice I became shorter. I am now almost an inch shorter than my original height. Is my disc degenerating? I does moderate to heavy weight liftings. I have hyperlordosis as well, should I opt-out squat, dead lift, leg press or any other exercise that put a pressure on my spine? Hope to hear back from you, thanks!

  • @graven101 hard to tell

see a rehabilitation doc ,may need xray if you have pain

    check your posture

  • My gratitude goes out to the people who published this informative video, due to having my wife suffering from a compressed disk, and being told she needs surgery to remedy her numbness, a and avoid falling again.

I got the injury because of extensive body building. I take all precautions and take care of myself. but i think the pain has trigger point my pain didnot radiated below my thights... did i done the right treatment? i have totally understood the body weight and its effects... Thanks alot for uploading such informative content

  • @syedsaadzaidi thanks

  • @syedsaadzaidi Greetings! As a bodybuilder/weightlifter did you perform seated leg press type exercises? I've had 2 hip surgeries and have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis (lumber) I was thinking seater LP might not cause as much damage as, e. g. squats. I need to build back lower body strength post hip surgeries and am hoping to be able to perform seated LP. Just curious as to your experience with leg exercises. Take Care!
