If you hold down orange, for example, you can press any lower frets and the game will consider as a orange strum.

Try it out by yourself.

Pick raining blood, keep holding the blue (2nd note) untill it comes. When he's in the hitline, press yellow (or red, or green).

@RBGHGod @SpunkyPlays2 It's actually a feature. When using a higher note, you can use the lower note buttons to add strums to the higher note you're holding.

If you have a streak of orange strums, you can press any of the other lower buttons to do another strum for the oranges, like alternating red and green. The lower notes are your 'strum' buttons for your higher notes.

This is why fast strumming on red or green is so hard for Dualshock players, but it's better than not having it.

And yuri discovered a way to hit the red streak too, he presses red, and press green right after while red is still pressed; It's pretty tough but he can do it almost every time =P
