I kind of agree. :( It looks like all of your solos come from the same choreographer, and I really think you'd benefit from new, fresh choreography. I'm sure you love your teacher and have danced for her for years and years, but that may be to your detriment. It would be a pleasure to see something new set on you.

I'll try to expand to new choreographers, thanks for your opinions :) It definitely is hard when you've trained with the same teacher by your side from the start, but I have been looking to branch out more. My modern solo that is on Hall of Fame now is very different for me- so feel free to check that one out and let me know how you like another style on me :)

I'm no dancer, but I agree with the above. I saw your HOF modern solo first, and it was so unique and beautiful. This is well-danced and I love the music, but it's kind of "stereotypical lyrical" you know? Forgettable. :\ You're such a strong dancer, you can not only handle the unusual choreography but make it great.

I would love to photograph you (not being a creeper — I'm a professional sports photog) as I know I would get some phenomenal pictures. I mean that as a compliment, I'm a fan. )

I always say I'd rather see "emotion vs extension, heart vs height". You're very talented, just add the passion behind it and you'll be deadly. Good work and good luck.

try not to cup your feet when you dance, it'll create a much better line because you extension is like near perfect just extending your foot that little bit farther will make everything look even better!

You tend to step under your self as in your stride isn't long, stretch your legs and take a BIG step before you do a passe releve or anything that goes from a low elevation to a high elevation. I'm just getting my newly 3 year old daughter into dance, something I was never able to do as a child. She's at an excellent studio. She's getting really interested in the dancers I show her on YouTube and asks a lot of questions. Whether she has a true passion for it when she's older or not, I want her to have the grace and poise dance offers. She enjoys your dances; I enjoy how humble, non-defensive and gracious you are in your posts on here. Keep grounded like that and you will go far.
