Imho, one should always vary the foods he eats. That's the only way to get all the amino-acids, vitamins, minerals and so on. Do some research, but I'm pretty sure cottage cheese doesn't have all the essential amino-acids. Also, I would advise you to read about high intake of calcium vs. kidney health. I think that might be an issue here, as cottage cheese has a lot of calcium.

@EorEast frozen is better than "fresh" since the frozen stuff gets frozen right away while the fresh stuff is transported for days before it ends up in the market and stays there for a while too
