I started lifting over the summer but wasnt too disciplined, now over Thanksgiving i really started to do it and im using free weights. Im increasing the weight on the bench press, rows etc, but im not seeing a lot of a muscle difference even tho im gaining strength. Can u recommend a workout video of yours, or just tell me whether or not I just have to wait longer to see results

    So my question is can I eat it all day long??? except post workout becouse we need fast absorbtion...

    Imho, one should always vary the foods he eats. That's the only way to get all the amino-acids, vitamins, minerals and so on. Do some research, but I'm pretty sure cottage cheese doesn't have all the essential amino-acids. Also, I would advise you to read about high intake of calcium vs. kidney health. I think that might be an issue here, as cottage cheese has a lot of calcium.

I been trying to keep up on the eggs lately and its good cause I naturally love eggs whereis I know some people despise them, especially hard boiled. Far as my favorite though I'd have to say I enjoy steak or top sirloin and put it in stirfry. That way you get some other vegetables and you can add rice if needed.
