  • He`s doin`it correctly! It`s all hip drive! Very good lookin` form!

  • are you sure you're doing the kettlebell correctly in this vid and just not using momentum??

  • perhaps, the bells too light

  • Very good video and nice music!!, Im thinking of using kettle bells as another exercise between my weightlifting workout days

  • harmony with nature...excellent.

  • dude i live like a minute from here

  • lol

  • Nothing is better than some outdoor fun with these balls! And the music...5*!

  • good job on the intensity and the endurance, but your grip is a little off on the snatches. try to grip the bell more twords the outer corner and it will help you go longer and with less wrist strain. other than that very impressive!

  • Thank you for the vid old man; you still have both a sense of humor and know how to rock. Keep it up!

  • Pretty nice place to work out, very peaceful looking, great video terry!

  • Awesome!

  • Seriously, Turbo. How many times have you tapped your nads?

  • Depends on the size of the target sterling. They are hard to miss.

  • I think this is your best video so far! I liked everything about it. I gave it a 5 star rate but you are a 10!

  • Thanks Sunrose. I am glad you enjoyed it. I enjoyed making it.

  • Have you had a bad experience with a bowling ball? If you don't drop bowling balls on you, then you will be fine with a kettlebell.

  • That was a great video Terry. Nice backdrop too. Looks like a nice place to work out. The only thing is, I would be scared I would drop the kettle bells on me. It looks like you got them under control though.

  • Awesome video. You have a great body. Better than most half your age.

  • Hey Bud, thanks for the nice comment. As you know, all this hard work pays off.

  • That was the most inviting place to exercise. Fresh air, green grass, nice view, relaxing after workouts. It's awsome Tery to see your video and share to us. Very good job!!!

  • I really like that little pond. It is suprising how loud a duck can be, when that is the only thing making noise.

  • great motivating video terry! grea job, as usual!

  • hey Jeff, great to see you around.

  • Thanks so much for sharing this video with us. It was great!! And you're looking pritty good.

  • Thanks Wanda, I am glad you enojyed it.

  • Terry Thanks for posting this It was a wonderful video and it shows how to use the kettlebell which I never knew until then As to the subscribers You deserve a million of them You are one of the most supportive and amazing person on YouTube Thanks for also instill "more" motivation in us all Ton of hugs Mel

  • Thanks Mel, I am glad that now if anyone mentions Kettlebells you will know just what they are talking about. Hope things are progressing well, I know you are balancing a lot of things at one time now.

  • Great video terry!! Thanks for showing us a little of your Kettlebell routine! That looks like hard work!

    Have a great week!

  • It is hard work, but it has benefits. Wow, it is already going on the 2nd week of your new job. You are becoming an old timer real quick.

  • I am sure they are able to control themselves and I know you can explain it all to jibbs. Did that fact that the kettlebell I was throwing is nicknamed Jibbs add to his confused feelings? That was the 45 pounder. Maybe I should start a "shirtless" challenge?

  • I could see how those kettle bells could be dangerous if you're not careful...

    Beautiful spot! Nicely produced, too.

  • I had a lot of fun with the footage. This was my first outing with that camera and also my first big production with Sony Vegas so I can only get better. I am working on an idea for another location for next week. After you slam one into your face a couple of time, being careful start to come easier. (Just kidding, I have never seen anyone slam one into their face)

  • I wasn't so much worried about my face, but the other end of the swing.....ouch.....

  • It's really hard to aim a Kettlebell, especially at very small targets, so it's not really a problem:)

  • I loved it and your lookin buff my friend. Great to see your workout.

  • Hey Will. Hope studies and work are going well. Now you have idea of what I am doing every morning.

  • The view is amazing. You look pretty good yourself. I bet you love to be out and about.;

  • I am lucky to live so close to the Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation area. Just a few minutes drive and I am in the wilderness.

  • oh waw ... never I could do this :)

  • Reine, you sure could do Kettlebells. The smallest Kettlebell is 4KG, or approximately 9 pounds. You can lift 9 pounds, can't you. I know you can.

  • I really liked the way you mixed the contrasting beauty of nature with the rawness of the kettleball sequences - nice edit! Also, you're lookin buff- that routine must be workin. I was getting tired watching you throw those things about, though. wowser!

  • oops- i mean kettleBELL

  • I guess I would have worn you out watching the entire 30 mintes. Kettlebells work.

  • That looks like an intense workout. Isn't it cool to see your muscles working like that? Looks like you get some killer core moves with that thing. lol... love the AC/DC song!

  • And, I gotta say.... that is a perfect workout site! Beats a gym anyday. :)

  • It was really fun. The next place I want to try is an old rock quary that was used during the construction of the Erie canal.

  • Great video Terry, good to see you out and about. You showed some pretty good technique with the kbells, also your physique has changed so much over the last year. You are really reaping the rewards from all the hard work you've put in. Look forward to seeing many more kbell videos, take care my friend. Lee

  • Hi Lee, it does make a difference if you work hard, as you know. Hope all the new things in your life are going well.

  • Loved this video. Awesome

  • Hi Dustin, thanks for the comment. I hope you had a great time on your vacation. I am betting you did.

  • wow... looking good Terry! Your calf's are so muscular! I seen some abs goin on there too! I think I'd be afraid I'd hit myself with those things! lol I'm much too clumsy. I'll stick with my universal gym!

  • Well, you usually only hit yourself once. That is enough for even the most clumsy to learn their lesson. I have really only hit myself once, in the knee. It was my own fault for not paying attention to what I was doing.

  • Excellent video Terry. Love the scenery, the music and your excellent techniques. Looking pretty good for your age. Keep up the good work. Iz

  • Thanks lz. It was really nice to finally be outside and see the sun.

  • Excellent musical choice! haha

  • It was fun picking the music for this video. I like so many different types it is hard to pick a song sometimes.
