good job on the intensity and the endurance, but your grip is a little off on the snatches. try to grip the bell more twords the outer corner and it will help you go longer and with less wrist strain. other than that very impressive!
That was a great video Terry. Nice backdrop too. Looks like a nice place to work out. The only thing is, I would be scared I would drop the kettle bells on me. It looks like you got them under control though.
That was the most inviting place to exercise. Fresh air, green grass, nice view, relaxing after workouts. It's awsome Tery to see your video and share to us. Very good job!!!
Terry Thanks for posting this It was a wonderful video and it shows how to use the kettlebell which I never knew until then As to the subscribers You deserve a million of them You are one of the most supportive and amazing person on YouTube Thanks for also instill "more" motivation in us all Ton of hugs Mel
Thanks Mel, I am glad that now if anyone mentions Kettlebells you will know just what they are talking about. Hope things are progressing well, I know you are balancing a lot of things at one time now.
I am sure they are able to control themselves and I know you can explain it all to jibbs. Did that fact that the kettlebell I was throwing is nicknamed Jibbs add to his confused feelings? That was the 45 pounder. Maybe I should start a "shirtless" challenge?
I had a lot of fun with the footage. This was my first outing with that camera and also my first big production with Sony Vegas so I can only get better. I am working on an idea for another location for next week. After you slam one into your face a couple of time, being careful start to come easier. (Just kidding, I have never seen anyone slam one into their face)
I really liked the way you mixed the contrasting beauty of nature with the rawness of the kettleball sequences - nice edit! Also, you're lookin buff- that routine must be workin. I was getting tired watching you throw those things about, though. wowser!
That looks like an intense workout. Isn't it cool to see your muscles working like that? Looks like you get some killer core moves with that thing. lol... love the AC/DC song!
Great video Terry, good to see you out and about. You showed some pretty good technique with the kbells, also your physique has changed so much over the last year. You are really reaping the rewards from all the hard work you've put in. Look forward to seeing many more kbell videos, take care my friend. Lee
wow... looking good Terry! Your calf's are so muscular! I seen some abs goin on there too! I think I'd be afraid I'd hit myself with those things! lol I'm much too clumsy. I'll stick with my universal gym!
Well, you usually only hit yourself once. That is enough for even the most clumsy to learn their lesson. I have really only hit myself once, in the knee. It was my own fault for not paying attention to what I was doing.
Now THAT is a perfect morning!

Have you had a bad experience with a bowling ball? If you don't drop bowling balls on you, then you will be fine with a kettlebell.

I really like that little pond. It is suprising how loud a duck can be, when that is the only thing making noise.

I could see how those kettle bells could be dangerous if you're not careful...
Beautiful spot! Nicely produced, too.

It's really hard to aim a Kettlebell, especially at very small targets, so it's not really a problem:)

Reine, you sure could do Kettlebells. The smallest Kettlebell is 4KG, or approximately 9 pounds. You can lift 9 pounds, can't you. I know you can.
