empire and let me tell you why - jedi usually regard themselves as valiant heroes or what not while not being such, bringing them back to earth would feel really good. At least i will enjoy it. Its a pity there is no "obey no one; do whatever your heart desires" faction =( but then again such faction wont have much story and this is a story heavy setting. eh. looking forward to the game) i hope they'll fix space battles
