@crushedhf Make sure you're using your door anchor on a door that opens towards you. That way you'll be pulling the door closed when you exercise with your bands. If you only have access to a door that opens away from you, it better be a really sturdy door with a good locking mechanism. Not sure what to suggest if you're worried your bands are going to break. My own brand of resistance bands (Elite Cords) are very strong and study, but I'm not sure whether the Gold's Gym bands are any good.
@OurBestMusicChannel That's correct. In this video I say you should use the door anchor on a door that opens away from you. If you use a door that opens away from you, you'll be pulling the door closed when you exercise, which is much safer than using a door that opens towards you, where you would be pulling the door open when you exercise.
Hey just wondering, I bought a set of the golds gym long series resistance tubes from wal mart, and two things, first off, I am tall and most of the workouts I do require me to anchor the band under my feet, I am concerned on my higher extensions and such that the bands will snap or break. And any idea what stores would have that anchor
nooo! dont wrap it around the door knob if you love your face the way it is!!!!
once i attached it to a hanger and i almost cracked my chest bone

@modeathletics
shouldn't it be the opposite? I mean the when the door opens toward me I'm pulling the door open.
It's when it open away from you, like in your video, that by pulling you're closing the door. Right?
