  • Hi. I am in sales in the UK and would love to see a copy of the Stratton Oakmont pitch book. I have read Jordan's 2 books and have a copy of his course, but can't find a copy of the original pitch book anywhere? Can you help please?

  • As much as we all want to armchair lawyerfy this and moralify this, the FACT is he and Berny Madoff and all of wall street COULD NOT do any of it, without the "victims" being greedy. If someone came up to me and said, "look at my credentials and look at my track record, invest with me." I'd say, "nope, i do my own homework bubba." Lazy and greed, makes for a "victim". Stop falling for these stupid stories.

  • I see the table is empty.. she isn't sticking around to dine.. rightly so

  • White crime is the best crime.

  • Morale of the story... Don't flaunt your gangsta ways.

  • so this guys walks free and gets to eat his pie too???

  • tried reading the book...its as if a fifth grader wrote it, half of it nothing anyone would care about

  • 2 points here.

    1. Money goes to the wrong people.

    2. i want special agent emily to track me for 6 years. LOL

  • @Dsquadddd, no it's not a joke at all, what I say is the truth. It's hard for many people to believe because they live within the Matrix and don't even know it, everything they believe to be true in this life is actually a lie, or a misdirection of the truth. This is true for virtually every subject there is, and true of virtually everything people believe since what they believe has been taught to them in the media, and school, both of which the synagogue of satan own.

  • @OilTradingAcademy very good response brother! FINALLY I COME ACROSS SOME ON YT WHO KNOWS SOMETHING!!! SO TRUE...

  • he wasnt a trader or broker just a con

  • anyone know when the scorcese film is comin out?

  • his son carter is on my soccer team haha

  • squeaky voiced loser who ratted his friends and lost his money cause he didn't want to lose his golddigging wife, who had already left him. what a fag

  • lol, how can he call himself a wallstreet wolf, when his company was based in long island...

serious investors don't even look at you if you aren't based in manhattan

  • My name is David, I'm a scientist, four years ago I discovered that the Oil market doesn't really "trade", rather the Oil market goes up and down because a computer is controlling it to do so. With this code you can in fact make a tremendous amount of money. Sound impossible? Now for the first time ever I'm revealing this "code" to anybody who wants to learn it. You owe it to yourself to visit my website Oil Trading Academy and see for yourself what I have to offer you.

  • Ah you can buy things so you reward him for being immoral?

  • Greedy is good . Greedy is right .

  • I read about him in the times magazineee, i can't believe what he did! at least hes learnt his lesson and i guess jail did him goooddd

  • jordan is a son of bitch..,,, he is still selling his shit: the wolf of wall street to the dumb people

  • jordna is a son of bitch

  • sounds like the plot of boiler room

  • @beverlyskates boiler room was a "alternitave" perspective of Stratton Oakmont, taken from the view of one of his employees

  • @krazykyle7 wow sometimes life is stranger than fiction

  • maybe ill check that book out...

  • I worked for Stratton...so many memories. All the smaller firms were doing the same thing during this time. Stratton was just one of the popular ones that the SEC made an example of.

  • If you read his book, you would know his Jewish...

  • What race is he ? Is e mixed ?

  • Italian, duh

  • @zoticus1

No, Belfort is not an italian name.

  • That's what America is for, its full of dummies and then when you get one who's just a bit smarter than the rest of you, that person takes full advantage;

I'm 200% sure that he would never be able to put that sort of show in Russia cause there every single person is just as witty as he is; that's why I love America - you can always go there and fool them silly Americans cause by the time they realize what happened, you're already spending their money somewhere far away

  • @MasterBlasterSteele So based on your logic a bank robber is a genius, amazing!

  • By "spending their money somewhere far away" do you mean "utilizing your supplemental liquidity provider to manipulate the Moscow Stock Exchange"

  • huh? you couldn't do that in russia because up until the 90's you were stone-weilding communists. now moscow is home to some of the most affluent people in the world, who would pull the same sort of greedy games that belfort did. don't try and get all nationalistic, greed is transcendent of all that nonsense.

  • I have to agree with newkad. Most of you who say that you wish you had been around when Jordan had been scamming people are in my opinion plan out horrible. Think what you are saying, you would in a heart beat steal someones money for your own gain!! And someone also said that it is survival of the fittest. What if the person you scammed found out who you were and killed you aren't they doing exactly what you said-Surviving-. I do not mean to offend i am simply stating my opinion.

  • He didnt scam people. His clients were the top 1% rich in America. He got done for using his brokerages to drive up the price of new issue shares he was taking into the market illegally.

  • victor wang is broke living from hotel to hotel in shitty huntington station. His wife is a drunkin drug attic that cheats on him and he only wishes he wa JB. I know panda head since hes 12 and everything JB wrote about him was true especially his little chinese balls and he has no loyalty to anyone. he rolled his childhood friend from his environmental business and wihtin one year ran it to the ground encon police was at his yard last week charged him with multiple violations and shut him down

  • Word? Would love to know more! He of course is from Syosset and reall am interested in where all the palyers went and what happend to them? That would be awesome bro. Those days made me...

  • Biltmore securities, Myers Pollack & Robbins, Roan Capital, achy yes those where the days.

Now I sell advertising an bored as fuck!!

Would kill to pitch a killer I.P.O,

  • Fuck yeah! redstone securities, Kensington wells, Even LaJolla Capital when they moved to LI!

  • yes those where the days, where any one, form any background could be taught to have it all baby!!

  • This man started it all, if you read this and was down on Wall Street in 89 - 95; you know what I am talking about, Boiler rooooms allll day every day !!

  • If you work at a publicly traded firm, it's much harder to commit fraud because every tiny little thing you do, comes with tons of regulation, LD approval, SEC compliance forms, sarbox forms, portfolio manager approval, disclosure forms, signature guarantees, the list goes on and on. And that's not including the actual trading/execution. Every 5 minutes, minor rules violations 11ac1-1 through 11ac1-6 I can see why someone would want to commit fraud.

  • True. But there are ways around regulation you just have to work at the right firm and be great at what you do.

  • lmao. Replying to my post from 4 months ago... I'm guessing you had your quarterly SEC audit this week as well?

  • I worked in a VC/Commodities firm, it is JUST like this. This is also NOT Boiler Room, it inspired it yes, but I read the book, and the book is more of a biography from the Owner's standpoint, not from Seth Davis'..buy the book!

  • Funny, think if everyone doing these scams put as much time and effort into building an actual business, they would be on top anyways.

  • Thats a rational conclusion. But the truth is, for this personality type, building a business the right way doesn't provide the "rush" one gets from committing the crime and getting away with it. Crime does pay, and you rationalize the potential of getting caught vs the substantial reward. But in the end, it is never worth it. I know.

  • Everyones talking about him and who would play him etc... hasnt the film already been made? Its called 'boiler room', from what i can see here its the exact plot of the movie??

  • i agree...nobody will pick up the book and read it...its identical

  • what univ u go to and what was ur major??? what kind of job do u have?

  • i got the book catching the wolf of wall street fucken fantastic

  • Christian Bale would make a fantastic Jordan!

Can't see Leo DiCaprio at all.

  • @RalphieFarquar True.

  • @RalphieFarquar reminds me of American Psycho, but I agree!

  • @RalphieFarquar Christian Bale's a faggot

  • @dhvssb you're a faggot

  • @RalphieFarquar christian bale was already a finance man in american psycho though

  • You guys talking poorly about him should take a step back and look at yourselves as professionals. Yes, he did lose money for people, but you know what he did? HE CLOSED THEM. Anybody who has worked in a boiler room needs to recognize it is the hardest sale in the world...you gotta have tremendous talent. I did it, and was fucking good at it, and now work at a huge Software firm...

  • id do 22 months for a taste of that life, good book! think christian bale should play him in the movie!!!

  • Great book.

  • thats my friend's dad at1:20 with the huge chart

  • this guy is my hero

  • Victor Wang was the man. Jordon was afraid of him. Evident even in this book. For someone (JB) to be high on drugs everyday he has a great memory..What a spin artist!!!

  • Victor Wang was a tool and Duke was a wannabe joke

  • vic might have made money but he spent it all of between lawyers and show boating he is living off his fathers credit cards. vic will try to never lose face so he will always make everyone think he is doing great but he's not. You tell me one person who actually liked this guy he has zero friends..Panda head is a bad person who only cares about himself.. everything jb wrote about the depraved chinamen is true. not to mention he became an informant to get a lesser sentence..and hurt good people.

  • that i didn't know, but you have to admit if you worked down there during the early 90's those where great times..

  • He's a loser. The only reason I finished reading the whole narcissistic thing was to see if he "found God" by the end. He didn't - he just got busted. And it's so sad about everything he has done to his family. Poor kids.

  • Maybe he could have "found god" like John Geoghan. Oh, wait a minute, he already "found god", but was still a peadophile. God botherers tend to be the peadophiles. Lets hope that he never "find's god", otherwise we really would need to worry about the "poor kids".

  • Leonardo Dicaprio is considerted to ply him when the movie comes out...but Belfort looks and sounds like Vince Vaughn...why can't he play him?

  • hahaha yeah your right, maybe because its going to be a more serious dramatic piece and vince is too much of a funny man actor

  • And he only got 22 months in Jail??!!

  • What was Belforts life before Wall Street? Did he get a college education after high school or what? I heard none of this was mentioned in the book, and I'm not TOO sure I would believe everything he wrote about.

  • I grew up in the same neighborhood as Jordan (he's a year younger than I). We ALL went to college -- it was a given. When my dad showed me the book I was blown away.

  • have book report in the mornig due read like 8 chapters..

  • btw, does anyone know where i can watch this entire interview?? i looked all over.. even on CNBC's website... it said i need a plus membership... does anyone have this video or a link to it elsewhere?

  • somebody can tell me about how is Jordan`s life actually, i mean, he still have legal problems, drugs addictions... (Forgive my english).

  • im reading the book right now... im in chapter 21... from what i think so far... he is now sober and outta all this mess... he wants to be an example to all those who think leading a life like his is awesome and cool... he speaks of all the devils in this business and how he got totally messed up... i LOVE the book so far... its great!

  • gettem Wolf Man

  • i love this guy...

  • ask why?

  • AWESOME BOOK

  • im currently reading it

  • the worst book EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • im currently reading it

  • Belfort is scum, plain and simple. Anyone who thinks he's a genius is an absolute cretin. Yeah he made money but so did Al Capone. I worked at Stratton Oakmont in '91 and it didn't take me long to figure out that it was nothing but a crime scam. I left after 3 months. I preferred unemployment to breathing the same air as this pig and scum like Dan Porush. Since then I've made a few million the legit way while this rat has robbed millions of people of their life savings. He's vermin, nothing more

  • well u swindle alot of ppl as well u sneeky pig.. remeber in '95...dont pretend u are some goodie goodie

  • razosebring,

What happened in '95 that I'm supposed to be aware of? And no I don't or didn't swindle anybody. What the hell are you babbling about?

  • gimme ten thousand dollars rich man. Im 18 unemployed fresh out of high school...gimme ten gs so i can buy me a car. I would be speechless.

  • So tell me, how does one make a million the legit way? (Honest question from someone who's worked all his life and would like to know how one get's out of the rat race.)

  • I had this guy on my radio show. He's maybe even crazier than I am...and that says a lot.

  • Hey Danny, could you hold this guy up to Leykis as an example of why some of his ideas about "free markets" may not be all they are cracked up to be?

  • the movie is already out, its aclled BOILER ROOM u blind asses

  • Where can I see the whole episode of this show? I'm reading the book and it is very interesting. I hope they make it into a movie soon.

  • ha all i gotta say is that the reporter chic look like wants to jump all over his dick haha

  • Ed you fuking begginner, if you worked there you'd know he was a weapon... you, old comrade, were a loser.. livin the dream JB!

  • Anyone who attempts to criticize Belfort after actually taking the time to read his book is a muppet. The man was an absolute genius with regards to making money. The fact he struggled with drugs and was easily manipulated by the Duchess only make him that more fascinating. The book is rapidly gaining momentum in numerous countries outside of America. Coupled with a movie release in future years, rest assured "The Wolf" will far exceed the notoriety achieved in his heyday.

  • I couldn't put the book down. I travel across Europe and have some of the lifestyle the wolf had, without the drugs and overspending beyond $200 per night hotel rooms (I don't quite make six figures). I agree that he should have walked away after his first $10 Million.

  • this guy is a moron. if he was so slick why didnt he get out when he was ahead? he made millions but it just wasnt enough. he was an outright rogue. just another greedy jew that didnt know when to step away. people like this dont deserve any airtime, much less the right to live.

  • i dont think hes even jewish dumbass.

  • ummm read the book dumbfuck

  • You're the dumbfuck you racist white trash inbred. Go make another video you shooting your gun you fat sack of shit. Just a matter of time before a redneck like you loses his mind and starts shooting away. Do the world a favor and shoot yourself

  • the only videos i make are the ones with your sister

  • i picked up your book yesterday, i cant put it down. i wouldve came to work for you in a fucking heartbeat!

  • the book sucks n his writing is horrendous

  • This scumbag has 1 of the most annoying fucking voices--i'd like to bitch slap the prick just listening to him.N i worked there.

  • jordon are you any good in tennis???? HA the real Altennis

  • Mr. Belfort, thank you for your compeeling book "the wolf of wall street". I literally could not put it down. Just an amazinf story!

  • out and out legend, im sure if most ppl had the knowledge to do what he did they would. why not? ppl are just pissed caused its not them living the life he lived back at hes peak. its a dog eat dog world.

  • All of you who express admiration for this scum bag are as disgusting as he is. The hero of this story is FBI agent Greg Coleman. The part of the book I liked best--which I borrowed from a library because I don't want him to earn a penny from me--is realizing that he thought the Duchess truly loved him when she only stuck around with him to maintain her lifestyle. Once the money was gone, so was she. I hope he never forgets how he was as duped by her as his clients were by him.

  • Jordon thanx for destroying my future as a broker, I was only a kid. I hope your proud of yourself, your still a little cocky punk.

  • Lol BS kid, you're only 21, you weren't selling stocks as a teenager.

  • Jordon thanx for destroying my series 7, you are a scum***.

  • Youre 21 and Jordan was scamming people in the 90s. You were 13 or younger when this was all going on. What drives you to make up stupid posts like this? Are you that starved for attention? And his name is JORDAN!

  • the reason he left out those details at the end ragincaucasian319, is because he has a second book in the making about those years afterwards. don't forget that he produced a 1200page manuscript and it was edited down to 500

  • Yeah, I heard that too. Who knows how many more times the Duchess' loins were mentioned in the 1200 page manuscript. I also heard that they made a movie about his life and that a court ordered Jordan to pay back $110 million to people he screwed over. In all honesty, I have a hard time believing that Jordan remembers anything written in his book if he did the amount of drugs he said he did.

  • I'm reading the book now n it's so fucking over-repetitive it's hard to read the smae shit over n over n over-This guy sucks when it comes to writing-4 sure.Fuck the Duchess' loins.Or how great he was or how fucked up he was.Page 200 n i read that 40 times already.

  • Unbelievable! You idolize this this criminal who defrauded people of their hard-earned money. One of you thinks he's "genius" and the other thinks the only bad thing he did was "rat out" his fellow evil-doers. I pity the kinds of childhoods you must have had to produce your perverted view of morality.

  • And of course all of those people were saintly and not motivated by greed themselves.

  • This coming from a lawyer? Who idolizes this guy? Not I. Youtube only gives limited space to comment here so they have to be short and sweet. Theres plenty wrong with this guy and I was commenting to someone who wanted to work for him.

  • I'm sorry if it wasn't evident from my post that if you weren't one of those of admired this guy, it was not directed to you. Out of curiosity, what is surprising that I am a lawyer (in training)?

  • You made your post around the time I was making mine so I thought you were lumping me in with the rest. I made the crack about being a lawyer because we're talking about morality and the lawyer stereotypes arent too flattering. Im not surprised that youre an aspiring lawyer and im sure youre very capable. If your involved in real estate or wills/trusts, you future looks bright.

  • no man we just live in america... what he did wasnt that bad, i would do it in a second... trying to think of ways now... survival of the fitest

  • Lol, I didnt know my posts were in competition here. Like I said, the story was good but for a 500+ page book youd think that he would have included more details about his story. I feel that the book ended ubruptly and Jordan left out details that I was waiting to read about.

  • Jordan Belfort is a genius in what he did! I read the book in less than one day! It makes addicted to read! I wish I could have worked for him during this time. But I will start next year to work after I graduate...Some years to late ;-)

  • Are you forgetting that he ratted out a number of people to save his own ass? He and Danny Porush both flipped when Agent Coleman put the screws to them. Funny, seeing how these guys put so much stock in the loyalty of everyone around them.

  • Jordan Belfort is a genius in what he did! I read the book in less than one day! It makes addicted to read! I wish I could have worked for him during this time. But I will start next year to work after I graduate...Some years to late ;-)

  • I with you there dude wich i could of been there

  • Jordan Belfort is a genius in what he did! I read the book in less than one day! It makes addicted to read! I wish I could have worked for him during this time. But I will start next year to work after I graduate...Some years to late ;-)

  • Im guessing you want to work in Private Equity?

  • Robhaynie---omfg!!!! Your post gave me the confidence to be anyone I wanna be. The Game! Amazing. That's basically all the book review anyone needs right here....yea I just got done reading it. Wall Streeters--don't even need to be well read, do ya.

  • I can relate to his experiences so the book brought back found memories but hes a pretty poor writer in general and a rat bastard. I saw a picture of "The Duchess", I mean shes cute but not hot enough to spend half the book writing about how hot she was. This guy was a real talent though. I've met alot of top producers in my life but nobody did it quite like him and Al P....Balestra was good too but a lazy fuck.

I'd love to see the whole interview posted online if someones got a copy.

  • I also grew up in humble Queens without a whole lot of education but thanks to Jordan and others like him I purchased my LI home in Kings Point and Ferrari in 2000. I'm a vet of DH Blair and Gaines and now am retired in my 30s with a trophy wife and a ton of experiences. I read the book in one day, the only other book I've ever done that with was THE GAME.

  • Can anybody upload the actual video?

  • The book is excellent. I finished it in less than two days. Jordan's life was incredible. If Stratton Oakmont was open today I'd be knocking on their door looking for a job.

  • I can not put the book down! It is the strongest buy rec that I have.

  • The book is great! I can't put it down. Everyone should go buy 10 copies. Former ICI Broker w JB

  • The story was good but poorly written. Way too wordy and Jordan conveniently leaves out anything that makes him look bad. I also doubt how much of the book is truly accurate. The guys a drug addict and can remember every little detail of his Wall St career? Probably fabricated a good part of the book.

  • why is one of the tags leonardo dicaprio wtf ?

  • "Martin Scorsese is looking to direct Leonardo DiCaprio in the film adaptation of Jordan Belfort's upcoming tell-all autobiography "The Wolf of Wall Street" for Warner Bros. Pictures, with "The Sopranos" scribe Terence Winter aboard to write."- From Variety

  • that sounds a lot like Catch Me if you Can

  • Boiler Room would be a better comparison.

  • as it happens, the director/producer of boiler room worked for belfort for a while...

  • I didnt know that but it doesnt surprise me at all. I actually watched Boiler Room again after reading this book and never noticed that in the beginning of the movie, the producer says that the movie is not based on reality. I heard that Belfort sold the rights to his story in a movie deal so I would guess that the director of Boiler Room was just covering his ass to avoid a lawsuit.
