Actually, the soloist has a great, great voice. This song is really tough, but seriously don't knock the soloist. You've got to remember this is a youtube recording. Things sound different live then on youtube....

Great arrangement. Great backups. Right on point in syncopation. All very good except for the atrocious soloist. Flat on pretty much every vulnerable part. Only time he wasn't flat was when he was sharp. Ruined a wonderful group piece.
