all I did was get the stringy stuff inside the banana peel.sometimes it sticks to your banana..but yea that stuff..left it in my window seal for a few days it dried out..I then cut up the white string with scissors and smoked it.I have been doing this for a few years now..it definitely gives you a sedated effect..and you kinda have to force yourself to get high. example: big ass hit< hold it down for 20 seconds...repeat...keep doing so...smoke a good bit.bong is recommended..good mixed with bud
